Return Policy

At the Cotton Stitch we value quality and want you to be happy with every purchase! However, if you are not satisfied with your order we do allow for returns. Eligible returns must be shipped within 14 days of delivery. All returns are free and will receive a refund in the form of store credit or a refund to the original payment method that was used.. Money will be refunded after the returned product is received and inspected. The original shipping fee will not be refunded. Please ensure all items are folded neatly and all buttons, ties, zippers, etc. are fastened and secure.

In order for an item to be eligible for return it must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

• Have no stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.)

• Have no odors (smoke, perfume, etc.)

• Have its original tags and packaging

If a returned item has any stains, odors, evidence or wear, etc. the return will be cancelled and the item sent back to the customer.

If the product is damaged send clear pictures of the defect in addition to a description of the issue prior to returning the product. Damaged items must also be unworn, unwashed, and contain all original tags and packaging.
